If you’re a beer lover a visit to this Trappist Brewery is a must. A beer can only be called a trappist beer when it is brewed within (or near) the walls of a trappist monastery, by or under the responsibility of the monks. There are only a few trappist breweries in the world, two of which are located in the Netherlands.
Pick your own strawberries
Zundert is famous for its strawberry farms. At the farm you can eat and drink a lot of strawberry themed beverages. Also is there a little shop present where you can buy strawberry themed products such as jam and prosecco and of course fresh strawberries. Through the area there are strawberry machines where you can purchase a little box of strawberries.
Zundert’s Corso parade was the first one in the Netherlands and is still going strong after 80 years. At this parade you will see 9 metre tall floats fully decorated with dahlia flowers. Each year different groups make the floats themselves and battle for the title of most beautiful float.
